This place doesn't value their customers at all. My cat and I arrived just before our appointment time only to be told there is no doctor available. My appointment was confirmed the day before. I work nights and woke up early to go sit in a parking lot only to be sent away. They wasted my time and stressed my cat for no reason. Horrible customer service.
Very upset with this visit ! I don't think I will be coming back to be honest. It was a very hot day and they took so long to come out ,they literally took and hour and a half to come get my puppies and on top of that I had my baby and my 1 year old in the car . Not only that but when the lady came out to the car she started speaking to me in Spanish and said sorry for taking long but that she was the only Spanish speaking person they had and she was a little busy that's why they took long to come out and get me. Charge my credit card twice for the same service, then just waited to see if I would notice instead of contacting me about it. Watch your bank statements; not to be trusted.

The check in process is horrible. They tout that you need to text at exactly 8am, which I've done repeatedly on various days and somehow they are always full already at EXACTLY 8 am. The staff acts like they above reproach, and they never answer their phone. This place sucks. I'm looking for another vet. My fur-buddies deserve better than this horrible place. I only wish there was a rating for less than 1 star. Anyone I know will no longer go here either.

We receive over a dozen texts and our lines are full at 8am. We see as many patients as we are able to safely see in a day. We are making every effort to increase our capacity, have recently hired another doctor and are seeking to hire more. Again, thank you for your feedback.
Just a note for other poor saps. When they SAY you MUST be here by 9am and you'll be seen in order, that is not true. What they MEAN is "you are on a list and it doesn't matter what time you come because you are on a list so people that show up 2 hours later than you can be taken first. But you keep sitting in your car, freezing with no bathroom because if YOU leave to go use the restroom, we won't see you because we took you Off the list".

Dont bring you pet here i took my dog here for they can remove a mass i pay over $ 1,500 dollars not even a year and the mas comeback some one call me telling me we can do walk in and the day i came in they didn't want to see him giving a excuse the i need call at 8am to do check up the send a txt sending me to a other clinic.

The worst. Took my dogs here to be vaccinated and almost a year later received a notice from collections. I of course paid while I was there, how else would have gotten them vaccinated. So, I go in to try to figure this out... the front desk guy can't explain to me how it's even possible. I call their accounting department and basically threatened a lawsuit and to report them for violation of the fair credit reporting act. Collection removed. Update: I've spent over $200 now taking my cat to two other vets to make sure that I know for sure what I need to do for her medically and have them give a second and third opinion on the list of issues Value Pet tried to diagnose her with in order to squeeze every penny the could out of a patient. I spoke to two different vets other than the vet at Value pet. They both confirmed that yes my cat did have a murmur, but it was only a grade 1-2. Not impressed. Kept kitty waiting in a hot car for over an hour, and the staff did not address the reason we brought her there in the first place.
