My wife and I went in there and met the sales rep Oscar. He was so fabulous. Really made the car buying experience very pleasant. Not the typical “whats it gonna take for you to walk out of here with a car” attitude. Felt like he was truly invested in providing us what we needed. Highly recommend!
They are great! Very competent and friendly! And also prompt in scheduling appointments and taking calls. I really appreciate all of the staff at this location and will absolutely be bringing my Nissan back here from now on!
The service technician was wonderful. He told me his name, but I have forgotten what it was. He was a very nice young man. He kept me informed as to what was happening. What ever you are paying him is NOT enough.
Keith and Lisa have always been great when I bring my vehicles in, if something isn’t right they ensure it gets taken care of. I appreciate their willingness and efforts and anything I can’t/don’t do myself I trust them to do.
About two years ago, we bought a 2019 Ford escape off their lot, the car has now been traded in for a new car since, the buying experience was all right. We were kind of in a pinch so we just took what they had that was used, we were assured everything was fine with the car and the car looked great. Come to find out recently when we traded it in the car had two accidents on the Carfax even though I was told the Carfax was clean.
