I had a sudden backup occur on 2025-12-31 and called Taggart, who sent Ryan out the same day. Ryan was able to get us working again that day and, after diagnosing/camera determined the cause, and scheduled to return 2-days later (due to the holiday in between) to begin work needed to resolve the issue. Chuck was outstanding! He arrived within the time frame and was extremely courteous and professional. He checked everything we asked and we decided to upgrade our disposal since he was there as several of our neighbors had their's fail recently. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions.
Service and communication were very good, even for a same-day problem. Chuck is very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain the repair needed. I feel that the job was done correctly and completely, and would not hesitate to recommend Taggart Plumbing. The work ended up being about twice the price I was expecting which was not ideal, but I am happy with it and they showed up and took care of the leak on the same day I contacted them.
Very fast answering my call and came within an hour but couldn’t fix anything. Wanted 1,800 to put new faucet in bathroom that is not affordable for a one income family just to have running water in sink. Didn’t even get a quote on kitchen faucet because he said it would be more than bathroom faucet cost. It ended taking my neighbor 45 minutes to change kitchen faucet out. I understand you need to make money but let’s be reasonable.
I have been a customer for several different jobs that we hired TAGGART to complete. I would overall rate this company a five out of five.
