Service and communication were very good, even for a same-day problem. Chuck is very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain the repair needed. I feel that the job was done correctly and completely, and would not hesitate to recommend Taggart Plumbing. The work ended up being about twice the price I was expecting which was not ideal, but I am happy with it and they showed up and took care of the leak on the same day I contacted them.
I have been a customer for several different jobs that we hired TAGGART to complete. I would overall rate this company a five out of five. Reliable, Reasonable and Respectable. What more can you ask for. The office personnel were nice and easy to work with, Ryan was super cooperative and easy to work with and he communicated very clearly everything that he did. He then made suggestions for moving forward. The unit was a luxury high rise in Downtown Pittsburgh where most companies wouldn't ever service. Dan was very kind, knowledgeable and worked hard from this morning to this evening. I was pleased with how neat he was and respected my house. He did a great job! He even had to put up with my dog barking at him all day!
The plumber Taggart sent was outstanding. He was there the day after my tenants called him and replaced the dishwasher in approximately 90 minutes. Excellent job. However, Taggart charges by task and apparently, a dishwasher replacement and haul away of the old one has a price of $900+. That’s $600/hour.
