The staff and Dr Do were all friendly and helpful. Dr Do spent time with me and assured me of all the risks and benefits. He made sure I didn't have any questions. I marked 4 instead of 5 just because my treatment isn't complete so I want to leave room based on entirety of visits. I will increase it to 5 stars if all visits are as kind and smooth as my first one.
Dr. Tai Do was outstanding he did my emergency surgery. He has good bedside and is personal. I am very grateful for him being at the hospital at the same time as my arrival. He identified the problem and performed the solution. I am forever grateful
My son had an appt with Dr Do for 10:15 on 11-7. He has had imaging to see if he needed surgery for a hernia. I received a call at 9:50 from Dr. Do's office advising me they were cancelling his appt. (I drove from Plano to take him to this appointment). Today I received a text that HE missed the appointment. I called Dr Do's office to reschedule, was told 11-28 best she could do. I ask if some consideration could be given for an earlier appt as THEY cancelled the one yesterday. Her response was NO. How disappointing.
This Doctor and his staff are AMAZING!!! I have a special needs adult Son and they are so caring and take care of his needs. We love this office!!!
I had to have emergency surgery to have my Appendix removed! I had never had surgery before and I was nervous. The staff was so kind and very patient with me. Thank you all so very much for your kindness. Keep up the good work
