The cost to use the certificate was more than the price of booking the hotel directly. They overinflated the cost of the hotel rooms by more than 5x's the cost to book through the hotel directly, then added fees on. There is no point to even using the certificate except to pad their pockets. I was routed to an overseas call centers that sounded like a zoo. They refused to respond to emails or texts. WASTE OF MY TIME.
