I was pleasantly greeted by Alex (Alexandra) this past week, as I became a new customer at Tall Pines on TX105. I wish all people that are in positions helping others be their customers are as friendly, convincing and knowledgeable as her. She gave me a tour of the property, and I couldn't ride on her golf cart because it was full of cleaning supplies!!, but I followed her on my car and I was amazed at the cleanliness of the whole place, and it's huge!! I have been utilizing storage space here now for my business for a couple of years and absolutely love it. Dorothy is always so quick to respond and is super friendly and professional. The facility is always clean and tidy and the bathrooms are also clean. The grounds are kept up very well and the location is tough to beat.
Tall Pines storage is top notch, safe, clean, and secure. I have 4 units and a Trailer parking area. One of the greatest assets of that property is the manager, Dorothy. She is personable and helpful. She is always there and attentive to what’s going on around the property. When she’s out on her golf cart she will stop and say hi and make sure we are all good.
If you need storage I highly recommend Tall Pines Storage. Dorthy is super sweet helpful and just gives the best consumer service . The facility is well kept and the units are clean and free of debris. I’ve been to many other storages and never had a great experience as here.
Seriously can’t say enough about Dorthy! She is the best and is awesome at what she does! She keeps this place clean, ran smoothly, and is extremely friendly. If you are looking to get into safe great storage facility this is the one!!
