Ms Runge is always patient, understanding and insightful. I’ve been seeing her over a year and she’s very helpful. She helps direct my medications, is careful to go over all symptoms and how I’m feeling every visit. We’ve changed meds when things go off course as they tend to do with depression and bipolar. I depend on her familiarity with my history and how/what I’m feeling. I know she cares and she’s very professional and kind.
I’ve been seeing Tamara Runge for many years and she is excellent. She listens and is kind; I never feel like just a number on a checklist. I recommend to anyone looking for a caring clinician.
My Psychiatrist is amazing and really helpful. She tries to get to all her patients on time and doesn’t make me wait very long. However, there is no front desk staff at all! No way to make a payment unless you do it online. Online doesn’t allow payments of any amount just your whole bill. Good providers, difficult to schedule and pay.
Your experience with Lifestance as a whole will be entirely dependent on who you wind up talking to.
