Mrs. Hill, is an excellent counselor and she is so easy to talk too. She makes you feel so much better after your session. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a listening ear or just laugh for whatever you are going through. Nice work, counselor Hill!!!
I really like my therapist. The issue is the online system that LifeStance uses. I am left frustrated every appointment due to the fact that a link is never sent that takes me to my therapy appointment. I’m left scrabbling to find a way to connect. Why is this so hard! Why can’t the correct link or even A LINK be sent with the numerous reminders sent out? I have had plenty tele-visits and never have I had an issue accessing my care provider. The counselor is awesome...It's like talking to your best friend with advising you to relax and take a deep breath ( which is always needed). The only issue I encountered was the telehealth systems would constantly interrupt the session.
On time and inviting atmosphere.
