Tamika is a wonderful therapist, very helpful and informative! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to begin their journey with therapy. She is always responsive with any questions I may have at any time and if I need additional support, she will make availability to schedule a session. Tamika makes the environment feel welcoming and comfortable with therapy and also provides helpful tools/ literature so I can continue to work on myself on a daily basis.
This place is amazing! I have had multiple therapist, and have dreaded having to change places and find new one. But when I came here I found my forever place! They are kind they listen and my therapist is the best! I wish we could have longer sessions! She gives me clarity when I need it and if I just need to vent to get stuff off my chest she allows that too. I again have found my forever home with LifeStance.
