We scheduled our appointments to begin seeing Dr. Phyfer 3-4 months ago. They were supposed to be today. I called to verify since I didn't receive any sort of call to confirm. I was told it was cancelled!!! We didn't even receive the courtesy of a phone call! It was cancelled because the doctor is scaling back and taking a lot of time off. We sure would have appreciated some sort of heads-up about this, especially waiting for so long!! Back to the drawing board of finding a decent primary care physician!!! I cab get a last minute appointment whenever needed. PA Phyfer always listens to my concerns and we come up with a plan together on how to solve it.
She is an outstanding physician assistant. I've followed her from another location. She has been my primary car since 2008. I feel fortunate to have found her when I first came to Las Vegas in 2008. She ensures that my care with other Drs is coordinated. She is personable and professional and very knowledgeable. I have never felt the need to see the Dr she works under. She is extremely proficient.

I was told my blood work needed to be repeated in 3 months. It was never ordered. I’ve called 6 times and no one calls back and no one orders it. Patient care is lacking!
