I cannot say enough about the positive outcome of my time with Tammy. She is kind, caring, supportive and has endless ideas and strategies on how to help a person cope with daily/weekly/monthly struggles. My time spent with Tammy is extremely valuable to me and my progess. I honestly do not know what I would do without her!
I've had many therapists in my 40 years. Ms. Nicholson is by far my favorite. Understanding, flexible (as much as a therapist can be), really listens and actually gives you things that will help in real life...not just an open ear. I think I'll keep her 😂 Edit: cannot handle someone being angry even though her job is LITERALLY anger management (dbt).
