Tammy is the best! She went above and beyond in walking with us through the process of purchasing our home. Tammy was very helpful and thorough throughout my whole refi process. She was very knowledgeable about available programs - also very speedy and reliable with keeping on top of things, keeping the process moving quickly, and explaining why certain paperwork was required. Tammy worked very hard to make sure we knew all of our options, including scenarios we never would have thought of. We actually ended up going with one of her suggestions. Once the process started, she kept us informed at every turn and was always ready to answer our questions. The refi closed without a hitch, and we couldn't be happier!
