Our experience with Tammy was wonderful. She is professional in getting everything accomplished that is required to expedite a loan. We dreaded going through the process of obtaining financing for our home purchase. Tammy made it so stress free and made us feel like everything was always 100 % on track. Tammy was there assisting in all aspects of the financing process and answered all our questions. She was even at our closing and that is something that most lenders do not do.

Working with Tammy Powers was a enjoyable experience, She was professional and responded to my request for information promptly. When I wasn't able to find a home at my qualified amount, Tammy found a way to increase my mortgage and get me the home I wanted! She went out of her way to keep me informed and updated on the status of the loan occasionally reaching out to me making sure things were progressing well. If I buy another home in the future, I would diffidently use Tammy again.

Tammy is very personable and a pleasure to work with. Tammy powers helped my boyfriend and I buy our first home. She is very patient and knowledgeable. She really took the time to explain what is happening and what was going to happen next throughout the whole process of the loan part of buying a home.
