My brother has been going to therapy here 5 times now and its been working. They originally told him the co-pay was 25 dollars. after FIVE visits now they are saying its 75 and want us to pay backpay or they wont see him. Its a co-pay its not that difficult to get the correct information. You messed up and gave us the wrong amount and waited FIVE visits. We are fine paying 75 dollars from now on but not for the past FIVE visits that you messed up on. Now he cant get help. All you care about is money.(The therapists are very ... read more
My counselor is empathetic shows kindness and encourages me to always take care of myself through boundary setting. She encourages me to to review my emotions and validates my experiences. I am appreciative of Lauren and her professional expertise and understanding.
The therapist was good. They told me it would be one price and after five visits and my son getting comfortable with his therapist, they told me all the visits were three times more than what they told me. So they said he could not come back until they pay them over $300 to make up for the wrong price they gave me. Needless to say, I’m looking for a new therapist for my poor son!
