None of you seem to have enough experience to evaluate the needs of your patient. I am also disappointed in you for lying. As I told you, nothing can be done about what happened 5-6 years ago. And nothing will be done. You lost a customer because of poor decision making. No matter what you can make a choice based on experience which you don’t have.
