Tana is an attentive listener, and she provides researched tips on managing stress and anxiety through the somatic therapy lens. In the beginning she was helpful, but I did not find her emotionally supportive or encouraging. I mostly felt like I was talking to a detached robot who could barely acknowledge my emotions or grief, much less hold space for them.
