They made me feel completely comfortable. I was scared of dentists and had avoided going for years! I needed a tooth extracted and Dr. Jones was AMAZING! To anyone nervous about the process I highly recommend Aspen Dental!

I had a great experience at this location. The dentist was friendly and answered all my questions. The staff were professional and experienced. I was even able to get an earlier appointment for my cleaning when I was trying to reschedule. There was little to no wait time and I was able to get on with my day without missing work. Loved it!

Feels like a used car lot. The staff try to pressure you into adding multiple services you don't need. I will not be using them as my dentist. Very shady!

OK, a few years back I went for a check up. Cleaning ended up having four teeth pulled, and never saw an x-ray. The dentist told the technician that I didn't need to see it and my dumb self gave them the benefit of the doubt and trusted them. they ruined my mouth.

Awful Brought an ad into the office for dentures (1) for $399. Specifically asked if there were any additional charges at all. Was told no I advised the hygienist and the Dr that I just wanted the 1 denture for $399 or so, that I already had a dentist and oral surgeon. They still did an xray and cleaning procedure that I did not authorize. My Dr already had an xray. I was very clear that I only wanted the denture for the price in the ad. Went here for a cleaning... they required that the first appointment be an hour long just of x rays and paperwork because of being a new patient, and then tried to schedule me a separate appointment for cleaning. They finally agreed to let me do the cleaning in one visit, and at the very end I noticed a random extra $150 on my bill? I had to intentionally ask for clarification, and it was an unnecessary toothbrush I never asked for, and they never asked if I wanted. Had to ask them to remove that. My husband had his dentures made at Aspen Dental in 2022. He dropped the bottom one and broke them. When he called the # to set up an appointment to have them fixed, he was told "Yes, just come on in". When he arrived at the office he was told that the lab technician wouldn't be in for 2 weeks. Today he called again and was told that they don't have a lab technician, that they have no idea when they will. Told him he would have to either go to Victoria or San Antonio to have them worked on. ??????????????? He told the... read more

I am new to Corpus and searching for a dentist. I was looking at Aspen but wow, you have so many complaints I will keep searching. All these negative complaints DO hurt your business.
