Advertising that they accept walk ins amd emergencies, so I do just that as I have been in extreme pain due to a broken tooth. Receptionist tells me I can wait as a walk in and if someone doesn't show up then I can get seen. When I ask of I will get seen just have to wait an unknown amount of time. She says no there is no guarantee that you will get seen. So I ask, then why is it advertised that "walk ins" are accepted, she says because they are... I said accepted but not guaranteed to be seen.... how does that even make sen... read more

My husband and I started going to Aspen Dental in January this year. Both him and I had not seen a dentist in quite sometime. I saw their commercials and thought they would be good. We are both Army Veterans so time was a luxury we did not have. Anyway, we had a few things that needed done with Aspen and we needed some financial help so Aspen set us up with a genesis credit card. Not sure how a dentist office has so many issues with her phone and scheduling systems. It's so ridiculous that they've charged me $600 for my appointments and then when I show up they tell me they have to cancel because their "internet is down" and they can't do X-rays. Refund me my money if you can't even schedule my appointment or answer the phones!

WARNING! DO NOT USE! Horrible customer service! They do not care! They just want money! I paid out of pocket even though I had thousands of dollars in Dental Insurance. I called my Dental Insurance company to find out what happened. My Dental Insurance Company said that Aspen Dental DID NOT EVEN CONTACT THEM!

In November of 2020, my mom was taken to the hospital by ambulance. She was very ill and needed a pacemaker. After being released she went to a convalescent home. Apparently she missed a dental check up. When I received the bill for a missed appointment I called to explain why she had missed the appointment. I was told that it would be credited. Came in for a small cavity which doesn't even hurt I just want to address it before it gets out of control... not till I fork out $4,200 to treat an infection and gum disease. I was warned about the disease prior to my exam which seems odd... Of course it doesn't make sense to treat an infection now I should wait till i fork out the money for all the other procedures first. Years ago had a great experience with these people. But now? Can't even schedule an appointment. Online scheduler only accepts new patients, but the robocall menu at the office hangs up on you when you select the option to schedule. Should I have to drive down there just to schedule an appointment?

Do not waste your money.The lights are on ...but there is nobody home. That saying applies to Aspen to a T.I also call it the revolving door, their employee turnover, makes you wonder. I wish I had checked yelp before wasting my money.
