Being nice by providing one star. Appointment was for 9:30am. Arrived 15 minutes early, filled out a mountain of forms and was instructed to pay $50. I thought it was odd to pay before even being seen but I did so. I sat in the office over an hour and watched NINE people go back while I waited. After number 9 I went up to the counter and got my $50 refunded and left. I won't be going back.
Terrible. Its better to suffer in pain than go to this worthless office they call a dentists office. I have never met such an incompetent so called "physician" who had to say "I don't know" to every question I asked. Worthless. They just throw in big medical words and told me to look it up on the internet. Screw them.
If I could give minus 10 stars, I would. Do NOT go there. They are after your money. They will tell you that you need caps, root canals and a deep cleaning (that costs a whopping $420,00), when you don't (went else where for a second opinion). The dentist is extremely rude! Their customer service skills suck! Like a fellow yelper stated, there seems to be a serious lack of communication. First time I went there, I waited for an hour and a half and was not seen. I normally do not write reviews about businesses, but after my experience with this office, I am feeling compelled. I would not recommend this dentist or office to anyone. I have never experienced such poor customer service and disorganization in my life. My appointment (x Rays and cleaning) took over 3 hours - There seems to be a complete lack of communication in the office, and I was constantly being asked who had done what. Do not go to this dentist unless you want to waste your money and then have to pay another dentist to fix what they did. Worst. Dentist. Office. Ever. And then you get to deal with the billing issues to add insult to injury. Save your time, money and your teeth and go anywhere else.
I arrived 20 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment (at 10:30 am) to fill out paperwork. I wasn't seen until almost noon. It was THAT busy (on a Thursday!). Bonus points for the updated equipment, streamlined website, and the cool little TV screen they attached to the dentist chair. I appreciated how the dentist explained everything and patiently answered my numerous questions.
