I was pretty much done trying, but my coworker told me about LifeStance. Since then, I’ve referred several people to LifeStance and they also are thrilled. I didn’t think I could feel this good. As all things it takes an little bit of patience and some juggling. I had not realized why I felt like I felt. Tara E Narrowed it down and we found the meds that work. She’s helped me make a lot of discoveries. I’m very grateful.

Dr. Ericksen was one of the first psychiatrists to not only help me, but listen to my concerns. She has always been very kind and professional. I would highly recommend her, and Lifestance Health to anyone who needs help, and has felt like previous providers have not been capable of providing quality care.

Tara helped guide me through a difficult time of not sleeping for the past few weeks. She guided me through what medications that I need to restart. This will help manage a bipolar episode.

I have been to various therapists at different points in my life some of which were good some of which not so good I would say that Tara, stands head and shoulders above them all.

I wish I could give no stars to her. She has completely abandoned me I have not been able to reach her for over a year despite countless emails. Very rude and lacks skills for helping people
