I have been seen Tara since January 2024. She immediately made me feel comfortable. She is very understanding, she listens and makes you feel understood. When I started seeing her I was on my last leg, she has helped me a lot so much and I truly don’t have the words for it’s. Long story short, she saved my life. I’m retiring soon and moving out of state and it’s going to be hard finding another therapist as good as her.
I have been seeing Tara since January of 2024, and to put it lightly, she has helped me so much. I went in with a lot of confused feelings with family issues and some unresolved postpartum issues, and I have a clear sight now. Something tragic recently came up in my family and she is helping me with my feelings towards that as well. She is so great and easy to talk to.
Wonderful therapist. I have loved my experience at this practice and with Tara!
