I really like Dr Mauro. She is compassionate, caring, and takes the time to ask about how things are going with other aspects of my life, not just mental health. I appreciate her approachable personality.
I have been pleased with the clinicians supporting me in my mental health journey. Dr. Mauro was by far the most supportive psychiatrist I've had.
I love my Dr Mauro. She is kind and patient. She doesn’t just throw meds at you and finish your appt. She cares about what’s really happening and listens. I would say the office staff is questionable…sometimes you get someone who seems to know exactly how to help you and other times…let’s just say it’s inconsistent. That’s why I took away one star.
I’m really pleased with Dr Mauro, she has a nice personality, professional and offers for suggestions for my concerns. She is good to listeners on what is really going on with me. I feel heard and respected. I look forward in continuing my work with Dr Mauro.
Best one I’ve ever had. I feel heard and cared for and not forced into anything. She cares and listens and works with you to come up with a plan. She does take into account your needs, as well as what you can afford and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had.
