I love my Dr Mauro. She is kind and patient. She doesn’t just throw meds at you and finish your appt. She cares about what’s really happening and listens. I would say the office staff is questionable…sometimes you get someone who seems to know exactly how to help you and other times…let’s just say it’s inconsistent. That’s why I took away one star.
I’m really pleased with Dr Mauro, she has a nice personality, professional and offers for suggestions for my concerns. She is good to listeners on what is really going on with me. I feel heard and respected. I look forward in continuing my work with Dr Mauro.
Dr. Mauro is wonderful. She is compassionate and gives sound medical advice. She works with you so you are able to participate in your own mental health care. I feel very fortunate to have found her.
Dr. Mauro is great. She takes the time to get all the facts and includes you in the decisions.
I got canceled on day the of my appointment to get my refills of the mental health meds I needed. The front office lady continued to talk over me & be spiteful with answering a question with the same answer over and over while she knew that wasn’t what I needed. It was completely disrespectful for a mental health office! Honestly wild they’d treat a patient like that, with their mixup. -10 stars. Literally wild.
