I love my Dr Mauro. She is kind and patient. She doesn’t just throw meds at you and finish your appt. She cares about what’s really happening and listens. I would say the office staff is questionable…sometimes you get someone who seems to know exactly how to help you and other times…let’s just say it’s inconsistent. That’s why I took away one star.
I have been pleased with the clinicians supporting me in my mental health journey. Dr. Mauro was by far the most supportive psychiatrist I've had.
