Tarik is super competent and got my loan done right on schedule even though it was a very short closing. His team was very quick and responsive and got me through my loan process with no ugly surprises. Everything was above board and my situation was not the simplest to get a loan for as I’m self employed, etc etc. it’s kind of crazy but I feel like a made a friend in Tarik. He’s so nice and really knows what he’s doing.
Tarik was amazing to work with! He took the time to help us understand the numbers. He also went out of his way to get us the best rate. I would use him again in a heartbeat and have recommended him to others. Every member of his team took great care of us and made sure we understood each step in the process.
I thank Tariq and his assistant Chloe for making the process easy.. when you buy property it can be long and tidious but these guys are on their game!
I am so fortunate to have been guided by Tarik and his team, especially as a first time homebuyer.
