Dr Gitlin miss diagnosed my Son's ear disease. Bedside manor was unacceptable. She dismissed my requests to see a specialist and accused my Son directly of lying during the in-office hearing tests. The delayed diagnosis resulted in 100% hearing loss in one ear. It would have been less if properly diagnosed earlier. She is unwilling to seek advice from colleagues or admit that she does not have all the answers. Even the Nurse apologized for her behavior at the last appointment.
