As a large company TASfreight have acted very poorly in regards to one of their subcontractors smashing a car outside my property. After the driver got out of his truck to see the major damage caused to a mercedes benz, the driver pulled off the thick tree branch off the car and driving off - no details nothing were left. Not only was there extreme damage caused to the back of this car, the tree branch was pulled off and left in front of a driveway
The delivery driver from this company was using a forklift to deliver the batteries and accidentally hit my gybrock wall, creating two holes. I tried to contact this company twice for compensation, but no one responded. Terrible experience, please stay away from this company as much as possible.
hello, been using tasfreight coupes of times melb team is great then when it comes to syd team it is absolutely a joke, few times i spoke to a guy name fred, his communications skills is below average, he constantly puts me on hold and sounds like he doesn’t know what he is doing most of the time when we speak it is never a pleasant interaction with him
Del from Melbourne, they phoned me to say it had arrived, I said I could not pick so the kept it dry and safe for 3 days, they helped load in to Ute, enter from the street road at South end of building park out of the way of the big trucks, you will require Hi Vis to enter site
