Living here has truly exceeded my expectations in so many ways. From the moment I moved in, I was welcomed by some of the friendliest neighbors I’ve ever met. The management of this property is poor. They do not return phone calls and there is hardly ever anyone available in the leasing office despite the hours stating they should be open. You have to repeatedly email, leave voicemail messages and show up in person to try and get any information regarding your application after months of waiting. I was recently informed they do not have a maintenance worker employed anymore, and it shows with the neglect of care of the property, damaged walls, dirty walkways and unkempt grounds. Doesnt answer their phones or emails for a tour. Guess they dont wanna rent out their apartments listed. Left an email and called 3 times.
Brand new mutual housing. The apartments themselves are decent (however extremely cheaply constructed) and in a great area. However, the complex itself is filled with extremely loud and boisterous tenants. A notice goes out every month that there are numerous noise complaints but nothing is done. It's annoying to constantly receive the same notices. There's a lot of children that play here and there's a lot of people that fly though the parking lot because there's no speed limit or speed bumps. It's unsafe. I have been here ... read more
I have been living here for a few months it's a fantastic environment and great quality of living and the area is peaceful. Maria is an absolute blessing she is professional, well knowledgable and kind and she assisted me with all paper work needed. Moving to this property was an easy transition and I look forward to living here for years to come.
