I just started working with TaxRise about a week ago, but they have been great so far. Solid plans are in place for my case, and customer service is super-responsive to my questions (of which I've already had several) and very quick in getting back to me with answers. It's been a pleasure working with them so far.
This has been a lengthy process but Tax Rise has been great at keeping *** informed as my case has gone through the system. They are very patient with me, nicely reminding me of what I should do next. They are the most polite of any customer service providers that I've ever had to work with.
Stone Medrano was extremely patient, kind and professional in handling my call and concerns. Very much appreciated in a high stress and emotional situation regarding taxes owed and the **** I really thank him for how he handled my nervousness and his kind and calm manner in which he reassured me and offered future assistance if needed. TaxRise is lucky to have him on their Team!???????
