If I could give 0 starts, I would. I called 1.5 weeks ago to make an appointment for my 2 children. 1 of my children has a cavity that is hurting him, he is 6 y/o. We recently changed insurances to get more coverage for anticipation of braces for our oldest in the near future; therefore the earliest visit we could get for a Check up and cleaning is in July with a new dentist (prior to cavity). I would like this dental office so much more if they were more organized. It seems like our visits get longer and longer. There are so many chairs and 4, (that I could see),dental assistants and they do 1 thing to one patient, go to another patient, come back and do something else to the 1st one, and so on. Just have 1 assistant do 1 child and the other assistant working on the 2nd patient.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! THEY LIKE TO SEE KIDS IN PAIN AND WILL NOT GIVE YOUR CHILDREN THE RIGHT AMOUNT OF GAS TO FEEL AS LITTLE AS POSSIBLE. THEY PLAY WITH PEOPLES APPOINTMENTS! AND THE STAFF IS JUST FAKE POLITE SO THEY CAN PLAY WITH YOUR TIME! IVE REPORTED THIS OFFICE TO THE BOARD AND IF ANYONEELSE HAS A CONPLAINT EMAIL ME IM STARTING A LAWSUIT.
Dr. Collins is very unprofessional, and mean towards the patients. Very rude towards concerned parents, and don’t allow them to go to the back with patients. Her old assistant even claimed she’s mean to the kids, and doesn’t even like kids period. She’s not accurate with her dental work. Very inpatient, and seems to lack knowledge in her practice. Appointment was at 1:30, we didn’t get out until 2:25. All my daughter had was a basic cleaning. All they did was brush her teeth, look inside her mouth, and put fluoride on her teeth. Overall took about 7 minutes to do everything but we had to wait so long in between each. Also the dentist was unnecessarily rude to my fiancé. Also have to redo paperwork every single time you go in which is frustrating. Not even paperwork, all online on my phone. I’d so much rather it be on paper.
