If I could give 0 stars to make this review I would. You guys should be SUED! My brother went in for a tooth that needed to be pulled due to infection. His next appointment was going to be his wisdom teeth.. Which from what I know of.. Did not need to be pulled. Instead you did it all without talking to him or our mother. First of all the infection could easily spread since you guys decided it was so smart to do everything all at once. I had an appointment for my kids today, and I have private insurance. They use a third party to verify eligibility, and requested we give them information a week in advance. We did. When we showed up, the lady at the front desk was rude, and did not believe we had coverage because they couldn’t find it… I called my insurance and verified, then called their third party (who was surprisingly nice) and verified that my insurance was covered. I thought my kids were going to see an actual dentist. This location on Ryan st doesn’t have a dentist just an assistant, who should not be practicing without an accompanying dentist. One of my children couldn’t get his teeth clean because he is special needs and the assistant was afraid to touch him and she referred us to Lafayette. I do not recommend this dentistry to anyone.
Fantastic work. I have had to redo all paperwork each time I go, as if they don’t keep records, so that’s a little odd… and they changed my appointment time the day of without asking, so that’s was really frustrating.
