Taylor is the first and only dentist office my daughter has ever visited. The staff there are very polite and professional. They made her very first visit feel comfortable because she was nervous. We will never go anywhere else for her dental needs. I recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you all for everything 😊
1st appointment was set when it was closed. 2nd appointment it was closed again. 1 month later I get an appointment and they were out of gas. Didn't offer anything for pain management. After getting 5 teeth pulled and 2 by surgery they said all they could offer was ibuprofen and then walmart said they never got the script. I called and was told they sent it and would not send another one. I was in major pain and no one from this place cared. This is the worst dentist office I have ever been to. The dentist and her assistant were some of the best I have ever experienced. They were Great. I cannot put into words how great they were. If not for them I would have given Taylor Dental a 1. Why? I had a horrible toothache, and they canceled me 3(over a month) times with no pain management of any kind. They were the only ones around to take Medicaid, so I had no other options. If I could give this place a 0/5, I absolutely would. I went in for a simple filling and it turned into one of the worst dental experiences of my life. The numbing shots were not placed correctly, so I felt pain the entire time. Even after being given more numbing, I was still in pain. When I tried to explain, I was told, “I’m sorry but I have to get it out,” and then informed they could not give me any more medicine to help with the drilling pain and I’m crying in pain.
