First time here with my son. Best dental office I have been in, in a long time! They were crowded but moved swiftly, efficiently, and very professional. It may have been 8 people in front of us and my son was done in 1 hour. From walking in to getting back in the car. 👏🏽 I commend ALL THE WORKERS from the receptionist, assistants and the hygienist!! They were amazing 👏🏽👏🏽 I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this specific location in Gentilly.
It took two visits to receive the kiddies toothbrushes and kiddie toothpaste! LOL THANKS! Otherwise, a seemingly nice staff and tolerant dentists. I am not everyone's choice of person to deal with and they handled me well.
I had such a great experience at Taylor Dental & Braces! Ms. Lynn did an amazing job, and Ms. India was so helpful and kind throughout the whole process. They really made sure I was comfortable and taken care of, and I left with a gorgeous smile 😁✨ My confidence is back at a 10, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality care and a welcoming environment!
I had an extremely disappointing and painful experience at Taylor Dental & Braces. I was scheduled for a wisdom tooth extraction that I already paid for, but the extraction was never completed. Instead, my mouth was numbed, my gums were cut open, and stitches were placed yet the dentist refused to proceed with removing my tooth. Throughout the procedure, I repeatedly told the dentist that I could still feel everything and that I was in significant pain. I did not like the fact that I came in at 2:55 for a scheduled appointment at 3 PM for my two daughters just to have a cleaning. We sat there for an hour and 15 minutes, notice that kids that arrive 30 min after my kids and a little girl who had only been there 10 min where called to the back before my kids was called.
