We were dealing with a Rep from Taylor flooring we had an appointment for him to come get proper measurements do have our kitchen floor done..the person doesn't show up or even have the courtesy to call and say he couldn't make it I lost a days work and when I called to speak with him he was with a costumer .. I asked the receptionist why he was with a customer when he should be here measuring our floor. She went to talk to him and he said he would call us back. Very poor experience with them. We were told it would take 2 weeks for our order to come in, we waited 3 and called. They said it wasn't in yet and they'd call us. At week 4 we called again and they said that they called us when they didn't. My phone number on my bill is correct, no missed calls, nor any messages. The sales person was very rude to my wife, tried to talk over her and kept interrupting her. One time when I was with my sister the sales person didnt even talk to her when she was the one asking questions.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew Thompson! He was very accommodating, helpful and offered us many choices! Olbin did our installation and he was wonderful and did a spectacular job on the installation, including clean up when he was finished! We'd recommend Taylor Flooring to anyone looking for flooring needs! Staff and service is 100%!
