I am most impressed with the floor that is being installed in my home. I am not, however impressed with the contactor, Ron who was sent to do my stairs. In hindsight, when he told me the first day that he quit the previous jobs, I should have told him to leave. There were numerous issues with the sub contractor and it was unfortunate that the store could not provide me with someone else.
