HORRIBLE. Too bad I cannot give negative stars. We hired them to build our home and it was the biggest mistake we have ever made. Not only did the process take a year and there was shady out of pocket Expenses we had to drive hours to pay... Finally, we're in it and there are a magnitude of problems. They are not trying to resolve any of the issues. Took 2 years to build a house. The driveway is cracking at a month old due to no rebar. They took a sawzall to my cabinets and cut the whole sides out. The furnace was placed in the wrong place so we have a usable basement bathroom because the furnace is in the shower. We failed our building final due to deck being installed improperly, nobody is willing to resolve. Brand new tube with chemical stains on them. I could go on. Went very skeptical looking for a new home in our Budget, after our house caught fire. They had a house with everything we were looking for, that fit on our narrow deep lot. Kellie worked with us and the design changes to make it ours. I'm very excited to get the build underway. Very easy to work with, no pressure on us.

I have requested refund for my deposit, since the company was not able to provide blue prints to request the building permit. I have sent several emails to requested it and up to today, I have not received a call or email in response to my request it.
