I do not recommend living at Taylor Lofts at the Dallas Farmers Market. From the day I moved in, the condition of my unit was disappointing. The stovetop was severely scratched, the refrigerator door had a large scratch on one of the doors, and the shower head was outdated and covered in mold. I ended up purchasing and installing a new shower head myself because I did not feel comfortable using the one that was provided. The dishwasher was also in poor condition. Axam made the entire tour and move-in process smooth and stress-free. The team was professional, responsive, and took the time to answer all my questions, which made me feel confident in my decision. From the initial tour to move-in day, everything was well-organized and the experience was smooth & easy. So far, I love my apartment and the community, and most importantly, I feel safe!
I am 1 week in as new resident here at Taylor Lofts and my gosh, I am just absolutely head over heels with the complex, the staff, the area - just everything and everyone! I toured earlier this year with Axam and I was immediately sold, as both Axam and Sam went above and beyond! I went over on a Saturday to tour and I was having trouble finding parking since it can get pretty busy on the weekends - I called the office and Axam offered to jump into my car to help guide me to the nearest parking spot. Been here for almost a month and the move in process was easy and welcoming. Axam has been very responsive and has made this transition extremely easy. So far, it seems like a great community with great people.
I have been living at the Taylor Lofts for over a month now and ever since I walked into the leasing office to tour the units it has felt like home. ❤️ Everyone at the office is so welcoming and always greets you with a smile.
