Fantastic service from Thomas and his team from start to finish. Thomas did the initial inspection of old heat pump system, recommended replacement system with increased heating capacity. New system was installed by one of his team who did a fantastic job on the installation and cleanup. Couldn't have asked for a better result thanks to Thomas and his team.
The service we received throughout the whole process from TB Electrical was fabulous. Communication was prompt and reliable, and they were quick to provide updated quotes as we worked through different ideas. The install was great, tidy and we are so pleased with our new heatpump and ducted system. Would highly recommend.
Very impressed with the service from TB Elecrical.We had a problem with a switch in the fuse box failing to switch on. TB Electrical came around and without looking at anything, asked if we had any outside lights. We did so he took a look and found that 4 of our outside lights were full of water. They were disconnected, and that fixed the problem. They have now fitted 4 new lights for us. We also had an issue where one double plug would not work in our bedroom.
