ROOTS & BAD PIPE 😭 Hiring TCI to install our sewer liner has saved months of reconstruction that would have been necessary after the old "remove and replace" solution. I highly recommend this company. I have been in my home over 20 years and my sewer drain has had ongoing issues with tree roots. Had primarily used one company for cleaning drain. I decided to try someone else, whom alleged that I needed several thousand dollars in pipe work. That company alleged a pipe was collapsing and that I needed an emergency repair. I would highly recommend TCI Companies. They helped us out with a very challenging sewer problem and we very much appreciate it. The sewer lines in our house in Pekin were all blocked up with tree roots....when you flushed the toilet or ran a lot of water upstairs, everything came out through the toilet downstairs since the waste water had no way to get out. Had a different company come out claiming our sewer pipe was collapsed & would be a $6,000 repair. Norm came out, examined the issue, & cleaned our pipes in just a couple hours! He also pointed out potential future issues so we are prepared if the time comes. Thank you TCI Plumbing!
