Worst of the worst companies to work with when buying a home. Even though I told them several times that I was to have a specific amount as seller credit included in the closing numbers (and they acknowledged and assured me it would be), the amount was not included. They went so far as to "finalize" the WRONG numbers with the mortgage company without my approval or confirmation. Absolutely terrible. My primary point of contact was Sarah. I don't know what her title or position is, but she was my go to person regarding the status of the selling of my property. We had been forced to deal with other title companies in town, and our appreciation for Las Cruces Abstract and Title Co grows more and more, the service level and professionalism that they have has no comparison. We have worked with Jessica Spires, she is very knowledgeable, professional and thorough, explains documents in detail, and answers emails and phone calls promptly. I strongly recommend them.
