I didn't choose this lending company- they ended up being a last minute backup due to seller not willing to work with my preferred lender. Because of this, I didn't get a lot of one on one time or information before closing. Once we had worked through some of the kinks, they did a great job keeping me updated and working with me.

I interviewed three lenders, I knew right away that Gavin and his team were perfect for me! City Wide's in-house divisions make for flawless service. Working through any mortgage can be a daunting process. I have been blessed to work with City Wide through both my original loan as well as refinance and each time the team was on the ball to make sure I was getting the best possible deal. It was so easy to work with Kristal Branscome and Brooke Kartus. We were able to work through our refinance in less than a month. Their communication was very thorough. Aside from submitting some duplicate paperwork, it was a great experience. Everything was done quickly, most of it over email. The closing took less than an hour and they gave me a nice housewarming gift.

Gavin Ekstrom, Azlee Miles and their team made getting our home loan and buying our new house extremely easy! I never worried that it wouldn't go through or that anything would get looked over. Even with a few short turn arounds, they made sure to keep on to of everything and keep us informed with the status. Thank you for all you did!

We worked with Azlee and she was absolutely great. She always had an answer to our questions and being first time home buyers and only in the US for 8 months, she was very helpful. She phoned when we had final approval and was helpful via email. I would recommend Azlee and Gavin's team.

Very responsive through most of the loan process, but we ran into a couple surprises at close. They were quickly resolved but really should have been taken care of prior to close. That said, our experience was mostly positive.
