If I could give more stars, I would. Eddie went above and beyond to make sure our issue was resolved in the best, most affordable way possible. He remembered my name from the time he met me and always answered the phone and texts efficiently and seemed to always be in a great mood. Kris, with scheduling was also delightful. The cost of their services was about 1/3rd of the cost of a larger company. Don’t go with a large company! Go with Team Pest USA.
Pest USA is amazing. My tech Adrian treated my home today. He was extremely thorough and beyond nice. I highly recommend Pest USA! They have such an amazing team.
I am really impressed with Gordon's attention to detail, customer service, communication, and creativity with trying to find a solution to my bug problem. He worked really hard for a long time and his management should be aware of how thankful I am for his work. Pest USA is the preimer pest control company in every area they service. They're communicative, they're farily priced and they do the job they commit to doing. Could not recommend them more - 5 stars hands down!
I was experiencing some rodents in my home. I just recently had a baby and my wife was uncomfortable. I called Team Pest USA and they have been extremely helpful. Jeremy came out and inspected my home. He was very reassuring that Team Pest USA would handle the issue. Brent came out as well and thoroughly informed me of his work and was very nice. I even called to make sure my payment was processed. Mellisa was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend Team Pest USA to anyone!
