Very friendly customer service but subpar pest control experience. Connected with the company because they are the pest management company for my HOA. They came in and placed traps and checked in weekly for three weeks. After the service was complete there was a pest found in my unit and they said they could come in for the same price ($350) to do the same service of traps.
