When I bought my home in Dawsoville ** in January 2020 there was a termite contract with Team Pest USA in existence until July 2020. I have renewed it every year since then. This past and current year I have experienced some strange service. Probably a year ago, one of their workers inspected half of my stations (11 or 12, I think), and left. I got a text from him asking for a tip. I checked the stations and two of the covers were just set on top--the caps had broken and he just left them. Personally, I don't think a tip is ... read more
Company didnt complete their service properly. I paid $300 for the german roaches treatment and $85 for the snake away but after 6 months I am still having roaches in my house. We have been back and forth and last check up the technician and manager just straight told me that the chemical that they you sometimes it works and sometimes it does not!! And they just denied their responsibility and keep asking me to pay for the next services.
