Jimmy and his team were fantastic to work with. Being in a unique situation financially my husband and I thought it would be tough to get approved but Jimmy and the team made it easy and responded quickly to our questions and requests. Working with Jimmy to get a mortgage on our first home purchase was an amazing experience. He was able to help us straight from the beginning with quick pre-approval, in addition to underwriting shortly after. With every offer we put in, Jimmy also helped us run numbers to for our loan breakdown. Jimmy and his team were great to work with through the home buying process! He answered all my (many) questions and worked with my real estate agent to advocate for me as we worked to close on my house.
