My wife and I couldn't of been more pleased with Caliber Home Loans. Jimmy and his team were on top of every detail in a timely, organized and friendly manner. A member of the team even made a special trip to our house to pick up some tax documents in order to get the loan closed on time!

Jimmy Vann has been amazing helping me refinance my home. He and his team explained everything to me patiently and in easy-to-understand terms. Jimmy & team are happy to lay out all options and walk through what each option means for me. Securing a loan, refinancing, and all the stuff that comes with it felt intimidating until I started working with Jimmy. As a bonus, he and his team work FAST. They truly exceeded my expectations.

Jimmy and his team were great! As non-US citizens, the wife and I ran into some weird circumstances around our loan. There were irregularities with our credit scores, our work history in the US, and our current living situation. Jimmy and his team handled these things fairly well. They kept us in the loop with any updates, and his team kept our general confusion (as first time mortgage holders) to a respectable minimum. Jimmy Vann and his teamwere tremendous in helping my wife and I through the loan process on our new home. We were first time homebuyers and were coming from out of state.
