Many vendors talk about customer service, but Jimmy and team bring it to life. This was our first experience buying a home in Washington state and Jimmy and team helped make the 'final mile' easier than we ever imagined. If/When we are looking for a lender again, Jimmy will be my one and only call.

I couldn't have asked for better support. Jimmy was a coach and advocate. Andrea was calm and organized. Marisa helped me sort out stressful financial decisions. Team Vann is well rounded and compassionate. I was a first time home buyer and they made it a breeze!

I originally picked Jimmy Vann /Caliber because of the rate I saw on Zillow marketplace, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Jimmy and his team ended up serving us exceptionally well. Not only did he keep the rate as low as advertised, his team made the closing process for our new house as smooth as it possibly could have been. We've bought 4 houses, and this was by far the best experience we've had. No silly questions, no re-sending of paperwork, no mis-steps at all, no bait-and-switch on rates, no delays. We bought our first home with financing from Jimmy and Caliber. The whole team was very responsive and answered our questions during the pre-approval process. When we submitted our bid, he even called the listing agent to discuss our offer. We had a fairly quick close, and Jimmy & team stayed on top of the details even when we needed some additional information from our HOA. We closed on time and got into our first house in less than a month. We would recommend Jimmy and Caliber to a friend!
