Being a first time home-buyer/owner is a very stressful and exciting situation and Jimmy and Andrea did a fantastic job of ensuring that the process was not overwhelming. The Vann team worked very hard to keep everything within our deadlines and to close quickly despite some challenges that occurred along the way. Things weren't as smooth as I would've preferred but what sets them apart is that along the way every bump in the road was handled with food communications, an understanding desire to do whatever possible to get the job done right and effective follow up and follow through

This is the second time we've used Jimmy Vann and team with Caliber loans to refinance our home.
