I am a first time buyer, so I don't have something to compare too. Jimmy was very communicative and answered all my questions in timely manner. He also managed to get me a great interest rate. The only negative was a typo that led to a misquote, that was very quickly resolved.
Jimmy Vann and team walked me through the entire process from pre-approval to approval and they could not have been more responsive and helpful to all of my questions as a first time home buyer. Would recommend to anyone!

Jimmy and his team made the entire process stressless. Pre-approval was done quick, in less than 24 hours. We ended up overpaying than for original pre-approval amount. Jimmy stood behind us and got us a new pre-approval right away. Closing was truly easy, only provide documents and Jimmy's team sorted everything.
