I'm a first time home buyer. I looked at a few different lenders and even though they all had similar rates, I ended up going with Jimmy's team for a couple of reasons. For one, they responded to my inquiry within hours while other lenders took days to get back to me. And this wasn't a cookie cutter response, Jimmy took the time to have a call with me and answer all my questions and give me an idea of the process to come.
