Started my services very quickly arrived right on time for our scheduled appointment and explained everything very thoroughly. Everyone has been very pleasant and professional. Prices ate very fair too. Made sure to explain about keeping the pets inside for 2 hours after the service and that there was nothing that would kill our flowers or shrubs. Highly recommend Team Veterans!
Excellent communication and customer service. Detailed explanation of what was being done. They took into account all our pets (important part of our family) and made sure to not spray our blooming flowers so we still have tons of butterflies; dragon flies and bees. Glad we moved to using VETERANS and we highly recommend
Straight forward contract for service. No aggressive sale tactics. Appointment kept as promised, arrived on time. Great communication. Our technician notified us with reminders days prior to our appointment and a phone call the day of to let us know he was 30 minutes away. Happy with their service and results of our pest control.
I have gotten great service from Team Veterans. From their office staff to the service pros that have come to my home, everyone has been professional and done their best to address any issue I’ve had. Prices are extremely fair and the service has been prompt and thorough. Highly recommended!!
These people were spot on! Unlike my previous pest control company which you never knew if they were coming or when they might show up. Also being told they had done the service when they hadn’t. Everything about this company has been great. The secretary was pleasant helpful and knowledgeable. They have arrived at the scheduled time and texted me with my new service date.
