Ginger was incredibly helpful, sweet and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I started with one unit, and ended up with three. The facility itself is spotless, clearly well-maintained. I felt confident leaving my belongings there. It’s clean, secure, and run by a team that genuinely cares. Highly recommended. Can’t beat the prices either! Very affordable. Would not recommend. They told me a certain amount would be enough to pull my unit from auction status and that they would put me on a payment plan. They were fully aware I was not working and it was also common for me to be on a payment plan . The day that they were supposed to received the agreed upon amount they told me that it wouldn't be enough , knowing i didn't have the resources to get more money at the last minute . Nor did they post it online to give me an opportunity to get it back that way thru online auctions l... read more
Ginger really helped us by providing us with a storage unit last minute when we were moving and she made everything so easy and convenient for us. The rental price was also affordable. I highly recommend and would use this storage again in the future. Thanks again Ginger!
