My son had appointment today to get a crown placed. He was so nervous but Ellie made him feel so much better. She was so kind and patient the whole process from start to finish. Kept talking to him and encouraging him. She kept praising him for what a great job he was doing at following their instructions. Your practice is so lucky to have someone like Ellie!
I have a big household and Tebo has always managed to make my life easier by accommodating my family’s needs with scheduling. They have found a way to simplify our appointments and my kids enjoy going to the dentist. I’ve used a few different locations but my most recent was in Cumming and it was great. The staff were wonderful with the kids. I highly recommend this location. It’s easy to find, easy access off 400 and 20. Thank you Dr. Tebo and all the staff working that day. You guys are amazing.
The cleaning for my son was okay. I gave them my credit card information and authorized them to charge me, but they made a mistake and undercharged me by $15. Then somebody from their office called me today and instead of apologizing for the mistake they made, she threatened me with "collections," and this is the first time we talked about this issue. Totally rude and unprofessional behavior.
so happy to have switched to TEBO after less-than great experiences at another pediatric dentistry down the street. the facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and they made my little girl feel comfortable throughout the visit.
Very Nice Dentist. I was happy they take Medicaid and non Medicaid. The staff was nice. Went by appointment. He was seen at 1:30 was finish in like 55 minutes. which was Kool with me and I made it in time for work. My son was happy and I will be back for his second appointment. I do recommend.
