I command the brains behind the design of Tebo. Just by entering the clinic you get a warm and cozy feeling. The colors and the setting are so welcoming. The service was exceptional. It was all done by smiling human beings, in a world where everything is being handled by machines.The children felt at home, playing and watching their colorful programs while waiting. Despite many issues with this facility, I continued to return because my kids really always enjoyed their visits and I’ve never had an issue with the dental cleanings. Due to a qualifying life event, I’ve had to change insurance and I don’t have my new cards yet. No empathy or understanding for the situation, just cancelled appointments. We will be returning to North Georgia Pediatric Dentistry where issues at the front desk don’t create a hassle for every visit. Wonderful staff !!! Amanda and Dr Sinaud were so gentle and kind with my 6 year old for his first filling ! So thankful for them making this an easy experience!
The staff was so great with my autistic 4 year old. We haven’t been to the dentist since he was a little over a year old and he fell and hit his tooth. They were so very patient with him and made his experience a happy one!!!
My son had appointment today to get a crown placed. He was so nervous but Ellie made him feel so much better. She was so kind and patient the whole process from start to finish. Kept talking to him and encouraging him. She kept praising him for what a great job he was doing at following their instructions. Your practice is so lucky to have someone like Ellie!
