There were some things different from the regular dentists. My kids were referred there because it was kid friendly. I really like the decorations and games outside. The staff hardly ever smiles and not everyone is equipped to deal with kids. Specially the ones that are active like my son. They try to be nice but you can see on their faces they are struggling. Wonderful experience with Tebo! My son was not entirely cooperative about his teeth cleaning but the entire staff made it a much easier process and overall were kind, patient and very professional. They were encouraging to him throughout and treated him with the best care. I definitely recommend Tebo for any kind of dental work for your child!
Disappointed with the administrative policies here. We took our kids for an appointment, and while the dental care was fine, trying to leave is a headache. We asked for a copy of our children's X-rays—which our insurance already paid for—and Tebo is demanding an extra $25 fee plus a formal consent letter just to release them. Every other hospital and specialist we see provides these records digitally for free. It feels like they are holding our medical records hostage for a small fee. I love this place! Everyone is super patient, they don't make you wait long, but above all, the kids leave there happy! I love it; my two children are happy to go there!
I command the brains behind the design of Tebo. Just by entering the clinic you get a warm and cozy feeling. The colors and the setting are so welcoming. The service was exceptional. It was all done by smiling human beings, in a world where everything is being handled by machines.The children felt at home, playing and watching their colorful programs while waiting.
