My husband and I chose CrossCountry Mortgage as our lender in purchasing our home. We were assigned to loan officer Teddy Hneiti, whom I refer to as Mr AWESOME. Teddy earned this title because of his professionalism, compassion, and knowledge. He told us what to do to get purchase ready and stayed throughout the duration; even after closing. Teddy and I had been working for 1 year and he was very patient and helpful with helping me get approved for a home. He told me what steps I needed to take to improve my credit and the process was very smooth and seamless for me.
